CorroCube
Premium rubber and ceramic cube wear liners
Imatech’s CorroCube wear liners are the most advanced and cost-effective solution for critical bulk material handling applications. Combining the wear-resistant properties of ceramic with the impact absorption capacity of rubber, this is the ideal solution for high impact and heavy abrasion from large material or high drop heights.
CorroCube wear liners consist of high-density alumina ceramic cubes, moulded in a high-tensile-strength rubber matrix and reinforced with a steel backing plate.
The most critical feature in the performance of any ceramic liner is the bond-strength between the ceramic and the matrix. The CorroCube proprietary manufacturing process ensures a bond-strength between the rubber and ceramic exceeding the tensile strength of the rubber. This results in a wear liner with superior wear resistance – providing predictable wear through the full thickness of the material.
