We offer leadership training to our managers and functional and technical training to all staff members in functional and operational roles. Each year we take the time to refocus and analyse what skills are vital for each role and what training can take individuals to the next level in their development.
During the Learning and Development Planning Process, employees are given the opportunity to voice and log their needs. From this process, we develop a yearly training schedule that includes reviewing personal development plans.
